Your credit card information can only be exchanged between you, Active Hotels Ltd., and us.

Our Guarantee

Our guarantee ensures that you feel confident when booking Accommodation through our hotel properties. eurHotels.co.uk in association with Active Hotels Ltd. guarantee that every transaction made through our servers is 100% safe and under their guarantee, you will be reimbursed for the first £50 should your credit card be misused or abused. Legally, the credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

• When Booking:
  We require certain information to allow us to process your hotel booking and notify you of the booking confirmation. When you book, we need to know your name, address and email address, as well as your credit or debit card number and expiry date.
• Special offers:
  We ask for your telephone number so that both we and Active Hotels' customer support representative can contact you should a question arise concerning your reservation.
  From time to time we may have special deals that could be of interest to you. Out of respect for your privacy, however we always present an option to decline these types of communications.
