CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Payment in full must be made on arrival. Please note there is an additional fee of GBP 1.50 if payment is made by credit card. There is no fee if payment is by debit card or cash. Please note that no group booking (2 or more rooms) will be allowed unless the hotel has agreed to it. Same-sex group bookings are not permitted in the hotel (hen and stag nights). Unloading and limited parking is available to the rear of the hotel (access from Museum Road). Additional parking is available in the nearest pay and display car park (150 m) for which passes are available for guests at weekends and throughout the summer season. There is also plenty of free on-street parking, unlimited from 16:00 to 10:00 in front of the hotel.
